Six-Station Screen-Printing Press – Vastex International

Fully-Integrated 104” Printing System – Graphics One

Graphics One (circle 108 on Free Info Card) will be distributing the new RoTX 2600 104-inch fully in­tegrated printing system in the Americas. Developed by Pigment.inc, a new division of Impression Technologies based in Sydney, Australia, the printing system will launch at FESPA 2015, to be held May 18-22 in Cologne, Germany. The modular system includes an inline curing station, unique textile media handling system and optional roll-to-roll pre-coater. It can also work with virtually all types of digital textile inks. The RoTX series will begin shipping June 1.

 

T-RIP 2.0 Software – T-Biz Network

T-Biz Network (circle 113 on Free Info Card) has released version 2.0 of the popular T-RIP software, which allows screen printers to print film positives from low-priced inkjet printers. The software creates halftone dots and allows the operator to print a dense ink deposit without slowing production.

 

Pulse Font Creator – Hirsch International

Hirsch International (circle 114 on Free Info Card) offers the Pulse Font Creator, a digitizing tool in Pulse’s Maestro level that allows shops to digitize customers’ fonts or create custom embroidery fonts for specialized applications. It’s also available as an option in the lower Composer, Creator and Illustrator Extreme levels. The program allows operators to create any type of embroidery font, including satin stitch, run stitch, complex fill, monograms and two-color.

 

Wilflex Color Management System

PolyOne Corporation PolyOne Corporation (circle 112 on Free Info Card) has launched its new Wilflex IMS3.0 management software, its first cloud-based solution for color and inventory management for screen printers. It features a new platform and updated functionality for additional support for ink room management needs

 

Cotton/Acrylic Thread – Madeira USA Ltd.

Madeira USA Ltd. (circle 110 on Free Info Card) now offers the new BurmilanaCo thread made of 50% cotton and 50% acrylic. This 12-weight machine embroidery thread offers a hand-embroidered look that’s available in 72 colors, including 65 solid colors and seven in mélange.
