Metalnox PTS 17000 Large Format Heat Press – Graphics One, LLC

The new Metalnox PTS 17000 Large Format Heat Press from Graphics One, LLC (circle 77 on Free Info Card) features two mounting stations and dual shuttles that each measure 39” x 67”, making it Metalnox’s largest heat press to date. It also includes pneumatic air-controlled pressing and easy-glide drawers, and is an ideal complement to a large-format dye sublimation printer.

Adelco Duplex Textile Dryer – Hirsch International

Hirsch International (circle 78 on Free Info Card) now offers Adelco’s new Duplex textile dryer, a double-decker oven with long cure time in minimal floor space. It is designed for high-production digital textile printers as well as screen printers who want longer drying times or a reduced footprint – 20 feet of oven-curing capacity in a 10-foot space. The machine is efficient with low energy consumption and has a single gas burner and 7 kilowatt-hour electrical connection. It is also ecologically friendly with a low carbon footprint.

Semi-Automatic Screen Coater – Vastex International

Vastex International (circle 76 on Free Info Card) offers the new C-1000 Semi-Automatic Screen Coater with foot pedal, allowing the screen to lower at a constant rate. It also has a scoop-coater that can be held with two hands, making for a more consistent outcome each time. Its screen holder can hold wood, aluminum and retensionable frames from 23 to 36 inches tall, with no reasonable width limit, and a screen limit of 11 lbs. The screen coater can coat up to 50 screens an hour.

Breast Cancer Awareness Designs – The Wild Side

The Wild Side (circle 80 on Free Info Card) will be offering a new collection of designs for Breast Cancer Awareness month in October. Designs such as “Bikers Against Breast Cancer,” “Tackle Breast Cancer” and “Keep Calm and Never Give Up” will be in anticipation for fundraisers and other events. All screen-printed transfers are high-definition plastisol and can be placed on light or dark garments of 100% cotton, 100% polyester or 50/50 blends. A portion of the sales will be donated to The Breast Cancer Foundation and Prostate Cancer Foundation.

U.S. Army Transfer Designs – Stahls’

Stahls’ (asi/88984; circle 81 on Free Info Card) now offers eight screen-printed transfer designs officially licensed by the U.S. Army, including four full-front designs and four featuring the “Army Strong” tagline. The designs are sold in packs of 12, and all packages feature a dozen left-chest (5” x 5”) and 24 yoke (1.5” x 1.5”) “Army Strong” transfers.

Hat Bill Platen – Hotronix

Hotronix (circle 79 on Free Info Card) has added the Hat Bill Platen to its standard lineup of platen offerings. It allows operators to print on the underside or top of a hat brim and decorate up to four hats simultaneously. It’s compatible with most Hotronix or MAXX brand heat presses.
