Company Culture: “Our culture is about serving and helping others. How we lead our team will overflow into how our team serves our customers. If we serve them and provide the tools and support they need to do their job, they will go above and beyond to help our customers. We don’t ever want to say ‘It was the least we could do.’ We want to consistently say ‘We provided our customers the best because they deserve it.’ Our culture has been described as a deep breath of fresh air. It’s that feeling right after you breathe out – the feeling of peace.”

Fun Things: “One of the most fun things we did was provide employees with $100 to give to someone else. It’s amazing to hear the stories of what someone can do when they are actively looking to help other people. Some paid for a single mother’s groceries, some bought items for the homeless, but all helped others and got to experience what it means to give back.”

Recent Culture Initiatives:“We produced thank-you cards and encouraged our team to hand-write notes to customers and people they interact with. We told them to write one any time they had a situation where they were thankful for a referral, someone doing something quickly for them or did something they felt was personal enough to send them something. It was a simple, small act that helped communicate our mission to serve others. The personal, handwritten thank-you has almost disappeared because of emails and text messages, but they speak volumes when they are actually sent. The results have been great.
