#14 David Nicholson & Sharon Willochell, Polyconcept North America

While Nicholson has been a perennial Power 50 member every year since 2009, Willochell makes her debut on the list as one of the driving forces of the company’s gains. The longtime COO at Leed’s, she was tapped in 2015 to helm PCNA’s apparel side. Together, the tandem has led PCNA to annual sales north of $600 million, benefitting from being the first industry supplier to offer apparel and hard goods.
