What steps do you take at the beginning of the year to succeed throughout 2015?

  • Erich Campbell Schedule a monthly review. It doesn’t have to be intense or painful, but it should be honest. Set goals, plan actions and keep checking on progress. When you stop reviewing, you stop progressing. It’s far too easy to become complacent.
  • Adam Brown Be one step ahead of your customers. Start calling last February’s customers in January. Then call your customers who ordered in March and April the month before that. This will help avoid last-minute rushes and your clients will appreciate the heads-up.
  • David Garthwaite Create a weekly schedule to follow next year. Include networking, social media, cold calling and customer follow-up. Adjust weekly, and by March you will have a weekly plan you can follow for the whole year.
