Heartland values and dedicated American craftsmanship make Warwick stand out from the pack.
Located in the heart of the Midwest, Warwick Publishing (asi/95280) is a fourth-generation family business that has powered nearly a century of success by putting into practice the traditional American values of hard work and pride in a job well done.
Officially incorporated in 1926, Warwick produces its top-notch calendars, notepads, pocket folders, greeting cards and frames/folders in a 115,000 square-foot facility in St. Charles, IL.
“Keeping things USA-made is important,” says Phil Martin, national sales manager. “We provide jobs that support the local and national economy.”
As importantly, Warwick’s stateside manufacturing is a major boon for the supplier’s customers. “Because we control all aspects of the manufacturing, we have total control over quality,” says Martin. “We stand behind every product we make.”
Plus, Warwick’s Midwestern location means swiftly shipping items across America is a cinch.
To augment its high-quality items, Warwick provides equally excellent customer service. When a distributor calls Warwick, a real person answers the phone. What’s more, Warwick clients receive a customer service rep who gets to know the distributor and their needs. That leads to dedicated, personalized service that helps distributors succeed. “We,” says Martin, “have a can-do family attitude.”
Indeed, the sense of family permeates Warwick. While the supplier employs almost 100 people, the company is run like a small family business in the sense that every employee is valued and treated well. Such a positive culture generates long-term loyalty. “We have people who have been here for 40 years. I’ve been here 29 years,” says Martin.
The dedication and well-honed expertise of long-serving staffers results in outstanding products that distributors can proudly put in the hands of end-buyers. Of late, the four-color process digital images that Warwick deftly produces on calendars have been winning raves. Similarly, Warwick’s digital printing on mini-padfolios has also exploded in popularity. Warwick recently introduced a new Flip Pad Jotter (FP35). The jotter, pictured here, is ideal for trade show giveaways, new customers and school orientations. “We believe,” says Martin, “in doing all we can to help our customers be successful.”
