Fun and Games
Each year the experts at the Toy Industry Association begin scoping out the latest products and trends in children’s entertainment, which they unveil at the American International Toy Fair held annually in New York City. Many toymakers are going back to basics as kids are asking for vintage and retro toys and games. Reality television shows are also inspiring a range of toys, games and crafts. There are toys out there that build on the success of fashion shows like “Project Runway” and “Fashion Star.”
The products in this showcase are following trends and finding popularity in doing so. The basic yo-yo of the past now lights up, like the products from Brighter Promotions (asi/42016) and Buzline (asi/42963).
Blowing bubbles is still a favorite activity – and not just with young children, as teens and adults use them to celebrate graduations and weddings. Regardless of your clients’ age, these products are sure to entertain.
