ASI is Upgrading Business Systems

We've been working on upgrading our business systems at ASI so we can better serve you, and today we're starting to use our new system. I'm proud of what we've accomplished and thousands of hours of planning and hard work have been invested by many ASI employees to make this happen.

But what does it mean for you?

This upgraded system will allow us to provide you with timely and accurate membership information, access to more tools to answer your questions about your ASI account, and have the ability to more quickly provide products and services to you. It will also produce a redesigned and easier-to-understand invoice.

While we are excited about this upgrade, we also realize that with improvements some hiccups may occur. Your patience is appreciated as we work through and address any concerns.

If you have questions about your account, please call an ASI member services representative, at 1-800-546-1350, and press option 1. Representatives are available between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm EST, or you can send an email to customerservice@asicentral.com.
