Obituary: Howard Seeger, HTT Apparel
He Was 76
Howard Seeger, the owner of supplier firm HTT Apparel & Headwear (asi/58842), passed away on April 24 after suffering from illnesses over the past few years. He was 76 years old.
Seeger, who founded HTT (Head To Toe) in 1991, was one of the original importers of caps in the mid-1970s. He began his career by his father’s side in the family’s New York cap factory when he was only five years old. Seeger would later move west to continue his career in the cap business, and HTT is currently based in Murrieta, CA. Seeger also served in the U.S. Army and was a graduate of Rider College in New Jersey.
Seeger is survived by Donna, his wife of 30 years, four children, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. “His smile, his stories and his humor, all will be greatly missed,” HTT said in a statement.
A memorial service for Seeger is being planned, and the family asks that any donations be made in his name to the Wounded Warrior Project at www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
