4imprint Reports 2012 Revenue Gains

15% Year-Over-Year Gain

4imprintEngland-based 4imprint Group, the parent company of Counselor Top 40 distributor 4imprint (asi/197045), has announced its preliminary 2012 revenues increased to 182.9 million pounds ($289.7 million), a 15% year-over-year gain. In its international direct marketing business, 4imprint grew its overall sales 16% to 168.9 million pounds ($267.5 million).

"Supported by a robust financial position, we continue to be well placed to take advantage of the growth opportunities presented by 4imprint Direct Marketing's large and highly fragmented U.S. market," said John Poulter, chairman of 4imprint Group.

In North America, 4imprint reported its 2012 sales rose to $256.5 million, a 14% gain. North American revenues for the fourth quarter, ended December 29, jumped 16% to $66.1 million.

Wisconsin-based 4imprint is ranked by Counselor as the fifth-largest distributor in the industry, reporting 2011 North American ad specialty revenues of $224.5 million, an 18.1% increase over the prior year.
