Polyconcept Relocates And Names New CFO
Richard Heyse Appointed New CFO
As first reported in a Breaking News Alert, supplier Polyconcept, parent company of Counselor Top 40 supplier Polyconcept North America, has announced its corporate headquarters will be moving from Paris, France, to Pittsburgh, PA. As part of the transition, Polyconcept has also appointed Richard Heyse as its new chief financial officer, effective July 25. Heyse replaces Yann Leca, who has served as Polyconcept’s CFO since 1996.
"I'm in full support of the decision to move the corporate office as the center of gravity for the business is more and more in North America," Leca said, in a statement. "For personal reasons, I decided not to move to Pittsburgh and will work closely with Richard Heyse and Polyconcept's new corporate office in the coming months to make the transition as smooth as possible."
Heyse is formerly the CFO for Wesco International, Inc. "I'm thrilled to be part of such a strong team and am excited to help drive Polyconcept's growth in the years ahead," said Heyse. "This opportunity allows me to apply my many years of both financial and operational experience to help take the company to the next level."
Polyconcept's corporate headquarters will now be housed within Leed's (asi/66887) offices outside of Pittsburgh. The rest of the senior management team remains in place. "Having our team all located together in Pittsburgh will allow us to work more closely on implementing the strategy that will continue to drive growth in the years ahead," said Michael Bernstein, chairman and CEO of Polyconcept.
