Halo Adds Shaw Print & Promotion
Financial Terms Were Not Disclosed
Top 40 distributor Halo Branded Solutions (asi/356000) has announced the affiliation of Ohio-based Shaw Print & Promotion. Financial terms of the deal, which was made public this week, were not disclosed.
“We are pleased to welcome Jeff Shaw and his team to the Halo family,” said Dale Limes, Halo’s senior vice president of sales. “The Shaw family was integral to the early success of this industry, and Jeff has carried the torch well by establishing a solid presence in Ohio. They are great additions to – and will benefit from – the positive market momentum we continue to create.”
Per the agreement, Shaw Print & Promotions will retain its Columbus office. The firm’s president, Jeff Shaw, has also accepted the position of sales director of proprietary products with Halo. Going forward, Shaw will maintain his personal sales, as well. “Halo’s sales culture is a great fit for our team, and their financial strength and industry position will mean greater value and expanded service for our customers,” he said.
Halo Branded Solutions ranks as the sixth-largest distributor in the industry, after reporting 2013 North American ad specialty sales of $196 million, an increase of 5.3% over the previous year.
