Norwood & BIC Announce Sales Management Shifts
Ranks As Fourth-Largest Supplier In The Market
Counselor Top 40 supplier Norwood & BIC Graphic North America announced a sales management realignment this morning that results in Rob Babb taking over as vice president of sales for the organization. Babb, who previously was vice president of sales for Norwood Publishing, will report to Emmanuel Bruno, vice president and general manager for Norwood & BIC Graphic North America.
Other changes in the Norwood & BIC sales management structure include: Lori Bauer moving to vice president of national accounts, David Saracino moving to vice president of field sales, Jill Stirnkorb remaining as vice president of inside sales, and Trish Daly taking over as director of sales for Norwood Publishing. Also, Mike McMillan, vice president of national accounts, is leaving the organization to pursue other opportunities.
"We are convinced that this new structure will better enable us to meet changing customer needs and marketplace conditions," said Nicolas Paillot, CEO, in a statement. "Each of our customer groups requires a slightly different approach to provide them with the best possible service and product offering. We are adapting our sales organization to meet their unique needs."
Norwood & BIC North America ranks as the fourth-largest supplier in the market, with $350 million in 2011 North American ad specialty sales. This is the second sales management realignment that the company has announced within the past year.
