JournalBooks Promotes O’Boyle To President


Tim O'BoyleCounselor Top 40 supplier Polyconcept North America has promoted Tim O’Boyle to president of its JournalBooks (asi/91340) division. O’Boyle, who has worked at JournalBooks for the past 22 years, had been the company’s general manager since 2010. In his new role, he will now focus more of his efforts on growth and expansion for the supplier, which is based in Charlotte, NC.

“Tim’s new role as president is a direct reflection of his leadership responsibilities not only within JournalBooks, but also within the entire Polyconcept North America team,” said David Nicholson, president of Polyconcept North America. “I am truly looking forward to Tim’s continued contributions to our organization.”

In his tenure with JournalBooks, O’Boyle has been a key driver in the growth and success of the company, which was founded by his father, Jerome O’Boyle. With his promotion to president, O’Boyle now assumes full responsibility for the JournalBooks division within the Polyconcept North America organization. In addition to O’Boyle’s promotion, Jamie Raynor, who was promoted to director of sales and operations last year, will begin to take on additional responsibilities previously handled by O’Boyle. Raynor has been a member of the JournalBooks team for more than 13 years.

Polyconcept North America ranks as the fourth-largest supplier in the ad specialty industry, reporting more than $320 million in annual sales.
