Q: 1. How can I contact Support?

Q: 2. I'm having trouble logging into a password-protected area of the site. What should I do?
A: You may have recently upgraded your profile and changed your user name to your email address. If so, try to uncheck the "Remember My Password" box and delete the old user name and password from those required fields when first logging into Click "OK" and close that browser window, then re-open a new one and go to where you will be prompted to enter your new user name and password again, this time entering your new information.

If this does not work, the issue might be the browser you are using. The minimum browser version requirements are:

For PC:  Internet Explorer 6, FireFox 2.0, or Opera 8.0
For Mac: Safari 2.0, or Opera 8.0

Q: 3. What can I do if I have a complaint about a supplier member?
A: For distributor members only, please click here on to rate a supplier. Distributor members can also rate a supplier by filling out and faxing a supplier-rating form found on, or on their ESP Online program under the supplier detail tab. Q: 5. Where can I find information about The ASI Show?
A: The ASI Show, where distributors and suppliers connect and build their businesses, has its own Web site at  You can find information for all five of the shows – Orlando, Dallas, Las Vegas, New York and Chicago – and register. A: You can retrieve your LogoMall orders by logging in at Once you are logged in click on the Resources section, then click on the plus (+) sign in front of LogoMall and you will be able to view all orders from your LogoMall Web site. Q: 12. Why can't I install ESP Online onto my Mac?
A: ESP Online will not function on a Macintosh Operating System without purchasing the proper Windows Emulator software. Please contact Product Support for more information or further assistance by calling 800-546-1350, option 2.
