The Director, Distributor Services is responsible for increasing the overall business of ASI by establishing sales objectives, implementing sales strategies, anticipating sales requirements and forecasting sales results while motivating a team of account managers.

Position responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team account managers.
  • Conducting weekly individual rep meetings with staff that includes an introductory and annual review.
  • Administering appropriate recognition, coaching, counseling and disciplinary actions when necessary. 
  • Encouraging referrals and cross selling between distributor, membership, and marketing services products.
  • Leading and managing the team towards accomplishing results including excellent growth revenue and increasing member base.
  • Reporting marketplace trends, competitive intelligence and new product ideas to increase revenue.
  • Driving strategic planning that generates revenue growth for the company.
  • Planning, organizing, implementing and executing major strategic initiatives for the company

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-5 years of sales management experience
  • 7-10 years of business to business sales experience. Candidates should have a progression of sales success. 
  • Able to travel 30% of the time. 
  • Strong analytics, reporting and business development experience.
  • Experience with Sales Force software
