The primary responsibility of the Account Executive, Marketing Services position is to increase the overall business of ASI by selling a variety of marketing catalogs to existing ASI members or prospects that have yet to sign on for ASI Membership.  This is accomplished by selling the value of these products and the importance of building a multi-channel marketing plan.

 

Meets and exceeds all monthly and annual sales quotas set by department manager by:

  • Selling all catalogs to meet and exceed monthly and annual goals.
  • Maintaining a daily call activity of two and a half hours.
  • Implementing a sales plan that includes but is not limited to the objectives of securing repeat business, prospecting dormant accounts and following up on leads.
  • Attends and staffs major trade shows as scheduled. You may also be assigned to attend and/or staff exhibits at regional or local trade shows throughout the year.

 

Meets Administrative requirements by:

  • Submitting daily and weekly sales activity reports to department director outlining activity and sales obtained as per set quotas.
  • Attending weekly sales meetings.
  • Updating Personify (client tracking program) with all client contact.

 

Qualifications:   

  • College degree in business preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years business to business sales experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook experience required.
