We are seeking a sales manager for our supplier subscription products. The sale manager will be responsible for leading a sales team, co-leading the strategic direction of the products, and representing the team on our internal technology meetings.


Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Reporting to the SVP of Supplier Sales and Marketing, managing the team that supports our 3 subscription products, Membership, Supplier Internet, and Credit Connect, totaling over $8 million in annual revenue. 
  • Leading and managing a team of seven; including six sales reps at various levels and one retention specialist, providing ongoing employee development and mentoring and managing through performance and budget metrics.
  • Partnering with Marketing, to implement a marketing and sales strategy for the 3 businesses.
  • Collaborating, managing, and frequently reviewing our Supplier Onboarding process to ensure that our new Supplier needs are being addressed, further improving the retention rate of Membership.
  • Streamlining all sales processes to ensure maximum efficiencies and communication.
  • Representing the sales group in all internal meetings, including the technology taskforce to advocate for changes that will improve the products. 


Position Qualifications:

  • BS or BA degree required
  • 1-3  years in sales management position
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Ability to lead, plan, and manage in a team oriented environment
  • Solution-oriented, exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Strong Communicator
  • Experience selling subscription services preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Salesforce
