The Credit and Collections Analyst is primarily responsible for performing collection activities for assigned clients ensuring account status is maintained at established terms while remaining consistent with the ASI's companies policies, procedures, and philosophies.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Ensures assigned accounts are kept current and delinquent accounts are handled consistent with company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for the management of incoming billing calls, provides follow-up to other team members as needed.
  • Makes recommendations to the Finance Department regarding uncollectible accounts.
  • Reconciles accounts that are in dispute, works with sales, team leads and department manager as necessary to resolve disputes.
  • Reviews unresolved issues including promised payments, delistings, cross-references and ownership change requests.

 Requirements:

  • College degree preferred.                        
  • 3 years high volume corporate B to B collections experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Demonstrates judgment, discretion, critical thinking and relationship building skills.
  • Possess intermediate level of experience with MS Office.
  • Demonstrates ability to navigate within ERP system. Experience with Personify preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and ability to work with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong attention to detail, goal oriented and able to work in a team environment.
  • Business acumen to assist Manager with continued improvements via increased option of technology.
