Fun Things: “Easter Egg Hunt with prizes, Pride Madness with desktop corn hole competition over the course of March Madness, Parking Lot Tailgate under a tent with BBQ and corn hole, Halloween parade and contest, staff appreciation gifts, Spring Outing with coloring books, outings each season, we ran in local 5K race as a team with food and drinks afterwards, Pride’s birthday celebration each year (this year it is a Mexican theme).”

Recent Culture Initiatives: “We held a Nutrition and Wellness month in June where we had a nutritional expert speak to us once a week, and then we asked everyone to exercise or at least get up and move around three times each day for 5 minutes. People were doing planks and squats in the conference room and walking around the building. In addition, Pride Products supplied healthy snacks like carrots, hummus and fruit.” – Wendy Ferber, owner
