Why People Love to Work Here: “We are a creative team of industry experts that work well together even though we are located in different states. Getting to work with a hardworking, dedicated team of professionals who support each other and inspire each other creatively is awesome! We also understand the importance of family and not missing out on important events, and our team can schedule their work day around family obligations so they don’t miss out on memories and milestones with our kids.”

Perks and Benefits: “We have a 401k plan with company match and also profit sharing, vacation time, incentive trips, flex time to accommodate family and work/life balance, and the opportunity to work remotely. The option to work from home or on the road is a very attractive benefit. Our people receive little surprise gifts sometimes, and it’s so thoughtful and brings a bright spot to their day and week. Our team loves having their birthday as a paid day off. Time to relax and get paid – so much fun!”

Fun Things: “We met at the PPAI Show in Vegas and went to Blue Man Group together. We had a dinner where Shari asked questions and we wrote down the answers and had to guess who answered what. It was a great way to get to know our teammates better, and that has enhanced our professional relationship upon returning to work. We went on the High Roller, which is a 550-foot diameter giant Ferris wheel and bonded. Shari also sent everyone a package of balloons after she read that blowing up balloons reduces stress, so when needed, we blow them up and send pictures to each other of the balloons. It’s a fun break.” – Shari Verrone, president, and Shannon Wolfe, account manager
