Like clockwork, every four to five years, HALO’s top executive pilots the company into the arms of another private equity firm. This year, it was Audax Private Equity (senior HALO management invested as well) after the distributor was last sold in 2012. Under Simon’s leadership, the company regularly makes acquisitions, and generated nearly $250 million in revenue last year as well as 46% growth the last five years.
