After taking over as CEO last year, Colleran and North America President Nicholson guided the international supplier to nearly 7% growth and more than $560 million in revenue. The duo transitioned the company through an ownership change to private equity firm Charlesbank Capital Partners while investing the management team’s own equity into the transaction.
