It was a big year for Fandos and Lee. The pair started off by orchestrating the acquisition of Fandos’ distributor firm GatewayCDI by Lee’s Brand Addition, bringing Europe’s largest distributor into the U.S. market. Fandos earned Counselor’s 2016 Person of the Year distinction and continues to head up The Facilis Group, which attracted several companies this year and has carved out a significant space in the industry. With very favorable ratings by the Power 50, the two are high risers on this year’s list.
