Get Your Story On At ASI Power Summit

From childhood on, stories transfix us all. Even as adults, we’re captivated by potboilers, dramas and yarns – whether it’s the “Serial” podcast, the latest must-see summer series on Netflix or the DollarShaveClub.com commercial that uses humor to tell the story behind a successful family business.

The one thing compelling books, movies and even advertisements have in common is the ability to grab and hold someone’s attention through a good story. It’s why storytelling as a marketing strategy has moved from the entertainment aisles to corporate America.

To tell you all about ways great storytelling can even boost your bottom line, we’re bringing national champion storyteller (and award-winning columnist and author) Kindra Hall to the 2017 ASI Power Summit, taking place Sunday, October 22, through Tuesday, October 24, at the incredible Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego, CA.

Join us! Registration is open for the annual three-day gathering of the best minds and most interesting people in the promotional products industry.

Kindra will explain the science behind storytelling – the way to use emotion to get your message across and help make a connection between your customer and whatever product, brand or company you’re selling. As she says, “You don’t have to make someone cry. You just have to make them see the story and imagine themselves in it.”

In addition to Kindra, we have a full slate of speakers and panelists, including Chris Gomez, a decorated former U.S. Navy SEAL who trains organizations around the world in the simple, scalable improvement processes, and Jacques Panis, the innovative president of Shinola, a luxury goods maker praised for helping put the motor back in Motor City by investing in craftsmanship and enterprise.

Also on board are industry powerhouses like Bill Korowitz of The Magnet Group, Craig Nadel of Jack Nadel International and Jill Albers of Shumsky, who will all share their secrets of phenomenal success.

The goal of every Power Summit is to energize and empower participants while providing new business contacts and bold strategies for the future. We limit the group to about 200 so everyone has time to really talk and connect in between provocative panel discussions, keynotes and terrific networking.
