FAQ’s for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico              

Question:
Can I enroll in the program if I reside in Alaska and Hawaii?
Answer:
Yes, you can enroll in the program either through the website (at the trade show or at any time) or by calling 1-800-325-7000.

Question:
Will my incentives apply to the appropriate association once I am enrolled if I reside in Alaska and Hawaii?
Answer:
Yes, the discounts will go into effect the following week-ending date after enrollment.

Question:
Are there any differences in incentives for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
Answer:
The incentives work the same for members in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico as those in the continental U.S. (tiers, rolling averages, and etc)

Question:
If I reside in Puerto Rico and have a UPS account number, can I enroll in the program?
Answer
Yes, please e-mail your account number and address (street address required for enrollment) to savewithups@ups.com to enroll. (Note: you will not receive a welcome letter)

Question:
If I reside in Puerto Rico and do not have a UPS account number, how can I enroll in the program?
Answer
Please call 1-800-325-7000 to obtain a UPS account number.  Once you receive your account number, e-mail this information with your address (street address required for enrollment)  to savewithups@ups.com to enroll.  (Note: you will not receive a welcome letter)
