What is Internet Security?

Internet Security monitors your internet traffic.  A few common examples of Internet Security programs are Norton Internet Security, McAfee, and ZoneAlarm. During installation of ESP Online, if you have Internet Security on your PC, a window may appear asking you if you would like to allow or block ESP Online’s internet access. Please make sure to allow ESP Online “always” before accepting the setting.

Once the setup is complete, you will be taken back to the login screen. Log into ESP Online. If you are not prompted to run the update, you have successfully updated ESP Online.

If your Internet Security blocks ESP Online, you will receive the following message:

“ESP Online cannot establish an internet connection.”

This means that your Internet Security needs to be set to allow ESP Online to access the internet.
