Features

To access the Features area, log into your ESP Website™ admin. Then, select your site from the ESP Websites drop-down menu and click on Features from the Management Toolbar.

Custom Products

• To access Custom Products, select "Custom Products" from the Features menu.
• Adding a Custom Product
• There are five required fields. These fields are:
• Product Name
• Pricing
• Summary
• Product Description
• Category
• After entering this information, you can click on the Save Update button to save your changes. If you are ready to publish, you can click on the Save and Publish button.
• You can also upload a product image and product number in this section. When finished entering text fields, click "Spell Check" located at the bottom right of the "Product Description" box.
• Add a product photo by clicking on the "Manage Product Image" button located below the image icon.
• In the Pricing section, you can use the "Edit Pricing" button to enter all pricing information into provided fields.
• "Save Update" will only save work and will not publish to your site.
• Once product information is complete, enter pricing information using the "Pricing Box" located below "Product Description".
• You can navigate to any of the editing fields on the page using the "Quick Links" box on the top-left of the screen.
• There are four additional sections in which you can enter data. These sections are Product Attributes, General Information, Imprinting Information and Packaging/Shipping
• In the Product Attributes section, you can add information for:
• Category (required)
• Color
• Material
• Size
• Shape
• Product Options
• In the General Information section, you can add information for:
• Production Time
• Rush Time
• Country of Origin
• Safety Warnings
• In the Imprinting Information section, you can add information for:
• Imprint Method
• Imprint Charges
• Imprint Color
• Imprint Size
• Additional Colors/Locations
• Imprint Options
• In the General Information section, you can add information for:
• Packaging
• FOB/Shipping Point
• Shipping Weight
• When you have finished making all changes to your custom product, click "Save Update". Before publishing changes it is recommended to preview by clicking "Preview Update". When you are ready to make your changes live, click "Save and Publish".
• Editing current "Custom Products"
• After selecting "Custom Products" from the "Features" menu, search and select the custom product you wish to edit.
• Click the "Edit" button and make the desired edits
• When finished, click "Save Update" then "Preview Update" to see the changes
• If changes are satisfactory, click "Save and Publish"
• To duplicate a custom product, using the drop down next to the "Edit" button, select "Copy"
• To delete a custom product, using the drop down next to the "Edit" button select "Delete"
