By updating your information in ESP Online you ensure that the information used by the 30,000 distributor users is as up-to-date as possible. In addition, when you update ESP Online the information is updated on 8,800+ logomall websites.

Updating your ESPOnline®  Information

To update your product information, please email your final PDF catalog and ASI coded Price List to espupdate@asicentral.com.   To have your information updated by the beginning of the first quarter, we need to receive your catalog before December 1, 2008. 

If your catalog is over 5mb, you can upload the catalog to our FTP site below. (max file size 700mb)

We prefer PDF and your service will be fastest when you email us a PDF.  However, you may still send 2 copies of your printed catalog to:

Requirements

• All pricing* must be ASI coded pricing.  If you have net pricing, please provide the amount to list as the sell price or no prices will be entered.
  
• We only accept PDF and/or bound catalogs.
  *Price lists can be either TIF, EPS or PDF. We prefer PDF.

Update your own information

If you have price changes or other product changes throughout the year, you may make those changed directly in ESP online.  All entries are quality controlled and online within 72 hours.  If you need access to your information or want to add a new product, email espupdate@asicentral.com and request to update your own information.  Small changes may be emailed directly to ESPUpdate@asicentral.com.

Digital Images

Digital images which meet our guidelines are welcomed and can be mailed along with your catalog or uploaded to our FTP site above.

Image requirements
TIF is preferred format for individual images.
Please size at 600x600 pixels.
Image names must reflect the item number in your catalog.
Images should be on a white background for fastest processing.

General Current data means better business and will make your ESP exposure more profitable. You are responsible to verify your information in ESP is correct.  ASI will be happy to assist you in entering your products or making changes.  If information is missing from your catalog that you want to feature on ESP or you need to clarify information in your catalog, please use the following format:     Product #    Catalog Page    Notes
