
InnerWorkings Grows In Europe With Acquisition Vol. 862

(asi/168860) announced this morning that it has acquired Production
Graphics. Headquartered in Paris
and with offices in Germany,
Hungary, Italy
and Spain,
Production Graphics is a print management firm with $22 million in 2010
revenues.

footprint. The infrastructure we are gaining in Continental Europe is valuable
to our current and future operations.”
Production Graphics has more than 70 employees and does
business in more than 25 countries. As part of its deal with InnerWorkings, CEO Christophe Delaune has agreed to
a long term contract to remain with the organization. “Joining the preeminent
global print management provider, which shares our vision for growth by
servicing the needs of major corporations, is a tremendous opportunity,” said Delaune. “Partnering with InnerWorkings
allows us to offer additional services and global solutions to our existing
roster of large multinational clients.”
InnerWorkings ranks as the 13th-largest
distributor in the industry, with $89.3 million in 2010 North American ad
specialty sales. The public company (NASDAQ: INWK) reports nearly $500 million
in total annual sales and employs approximately 1,000 people in 44 global
