During The ASI Show in New York, two suppliers announced an exclusive partnership deal. CafePress (asi/43167) will now decorate Coby Electronics (asi/45580) consumer electronic products in the ad specialty industry. Starting immediately, CafePress will offer Coby items like digital photo frames and MP3 players to industry distributors and their clients. "Brands are recognizing that giving consumers the freedom to customize products can create greater engagement and brand loyalty," says Abdul Popal, vice president of business development for CafePress. "We look forward to the unique opportunity of customizing their robust portfolio of wholesale products for professional suppliers."

Samples of the Coby products that CafePress is offering will be on display at the supplier's booth at the ASI Show in New York today and tomorrow. This includes the KYROS Internet Touchscreen Tablet that Coby recently unveiled. "CafePress matched our customer service standards: print without minimums or set-up fees, turnkey fulfillment delivered on schedule – working with them is a nice fit," says Craig Hassler, director of sales, special markets at Coby Electronics.

Based in New Hyde Park, NY, Coby Electronics operates in the ad specialty industry under the name Coby Special Markets, a division of the company. Some of their product offerings include LCD and LED televisions, portable camcorders, video and audio MP3 players and more.

Making You Money: What ASI is all about.

Promotional products, also known as ad specialties, make up a $20.5 billion dollar industry and are used by virtually every business in America. Why? Items like mugs, pens and t-shirts are memorable and provide a better cost per impression for advertisers than almost every major marketing effort like prime time TV, magazines and radio.

With so many businesses buying ad specialties there is a huge opportunity for professionals looking to make great money running a promotional products distributorship. It’s easy and inexpensive to get started and you can work from home.
