ASI realizes the importance of training and educating
its employees so they can grow. Employees are given the
resources and encouragement to learn new skills, enhance/upgrade
existing skills and stretch themselves professionally.
ASI Knowledge Program
These series of seminars offer employees the opportunity
for hands-on participation in various exciting and informative
workshops. The workshops are specially designed to make each
employee aware of how each department within ASI operates.
Throughout the year, ASI managers share
their extensive knowledge, skills and experience. Upon
completion of all the required workshops, employees receive
a special certificate of achievement.
Job Skills
The Job Skills program offers two developmental tracks: Career
Path and Software Development. Both tracks offer employees
an opportunity to strengthen existing skills, learn new ones
and increase job efficiency and overall skill levels.
When employees complete four workshops in one path – Career
or Software – they are eligible for certification.
