Crider & Company Merges With ProCorp Images

(8/26/2014)

Colorado-based distributors Crider & Company (asi/171235) and ProCorp Images Inc. (asi/299697) have merged their operations. While financial terms of the deal were not released, ProCorp will maintain the Crider & Company offices in Fort Collins, CO, which will eventually be named ProCorp Images, Fort Collins following completion of the transaction.

Crider & Company owners Randy Crider and Martha Crider will remain with the organization through a transition period before retiring from their company to spend more time with their family. “We are thrilled to welcome Crider & Company to our family,” said Rick Bowman, president of ProCorp. “I have known Randy for many years, and I have always had the greatest respect for him and for the level of integrity with which he has run his organization and his life. He and Martha have run a terrific business in Fort Collins. At this stage in their careers, this merger is a great opportunity for all parties involved.”

Following the transition, ProCorp employees Chadwick Bowman and Cheri Henderson will assist in serving Crider & Company clients. “There is no one better to learn from in this industry than Randy,” said Chadwick Bowman. “His vibrancy and energy is amazing. Though he is a few years my elder, it is hard for me to match his daily enthusiasm for life and making a positive impact on our Northern Colorado community.”

With offices in Englewood, CO, and Kansas City, MO, ProCorp was founded in 1995. Randy and Martha Crider established Crider & Company in 1985, and the company has been family-owned and operated since then.
