C. Anne Kale, a former customer service manager with supplier firm HPC Global (asi/58805), passed away on May 9. She was 61. Kale retired from HPC Global in June of 2012 with more than 15 years of service to the company. After retirement, she continued to work part-time for the company, assisting with booth preparation and attending tradeshows.
Born August 31, 1952, in Colorado Springs, Colo., Kale was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Hanover, where she was an usher and charter member of the fun(d) committee. She was a member of the Hanover Soroptimist Club, and she enjoyed gardening, shopping, making crafts, and spending time with her family.
Kale is survived by her mother, Isabel (Drake) Fuhrman; one son, Joshua A. Kale; two daughters, Rebecca Smith and Brandi McCoy-Dillon; two stepsons, John Philip Kale, II and William J. Kale; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Debra E. Fuhrman and Melissa M. Fuhrman; and one brother, Robert E. Fuhrman.
A mass was held in Kale’s honor on May 13. The family asks that any donations in Kale’s name be made to the American Cancer Society, 924-N Colonial Ave., York, PA 17403 or the Hospice Program of the VNA of Hanover and Spring Grove, 440 N. Madison St., Hanover, PA 17331.
