ACCESS

Q: What is ESP Updates?
A: ESP Updates allows you to update all of your images and product information with ease and immediacy – anything you’d like to in ESP Updates, from your phone number to your pricing to adding a hot new product you just found in China. All of these updates can be made overnight, and are under your control.

Q: What do I need to do to use ESP Updates?
A: As a supplier member of ASI, you’re automatically included in any new ESP Version that ASI launches, including this exciting new incarnation.

Q: Is this available for both PCs and Macs?
A: Yes.

Q: Can I get multiple copies of ESP Updates for my employees?
A: Yes. Any supplier who would like access to ESP Updates will be able to sign-up for a free login and access.


CONFIRMED PRICING

Q: What if my products are not all verified or confirmed on ESP. Will they still appear on ESP Web?
A: Yes. Please contact your Account Executive for details.

Q: Is there confirmed pricing with ESP?
A: Yes. Please contact your Account Executive for details.

Q: Will suppliers get to see the top distributor searches?
A: Yes.


TRAINING

Q: Where can I get training on ESP Updates?
A: You can visit http://support.asicentral.com/asicentral/web/SupplierUpdate/index.asp or you can email Liz Kennedy at lkennedy@asicentral.com – she will set your company up with it’s free version and schedule training.

Q: Do I see the possibility for multiple product images? If so, how many? I hope so!
A: Yes, please call the ESP Information team at 215-953-4ESP (4377) for more details.

Q: How often do the Suppliers update the criteria?
A: As often as they would like.
