Quarterly Register accepts digital
files. Files to be compatible with Adobe Acrobat 7.0 – PDFX/ia
preferred, QuarkXpress 7.0, Photoshop CS2, Illustrator CS2,
or InDesign CS2. Files to contain all necessary TIFF and
EPS Files including all fonts. Any digital files must include
company name/ASI number and publication information and be
compressed before transmission.

Provide a SWOP standard color proof to ensure most accurate
printing of ad. Reproduction of exact color cannot be guaranteed.
If digitized art, retouching or color correction is required
on supplied files, it will be billed at $250/hr.

become the property of the publisher
