Performance Ratings
ASI supplier members should encourage all their
distributor customers to rate them year-round.
All of the ratings on each supplier are compiled on a
daily basis to compose the Supplier Performance Rating. These
ratings are then used to select the finalists for the Distributor’s
Choice Awards Winners in January.
In addition, you can use your Performance Rating to promote
your excellence to prospective customers. Everyday 130,000 ASI
distributor salespeople use this vital information to make
purchasing decisions. Make sure your company stands

Just include the Supplier Ratings url (www.asicentral.com/supplierratings)
in your customer communications such as:
- A link on your website
- With your Customer Service Representatives so when
a customer compliments your business, you can ask them
to let others know by submitting a rating
- Fax it out with your invoices
Your customers can rate their experience following each
transaction. The categories are: Overall Satisfaction,
Product Quality, Communications, Delivery, Imprinting/Personalization
and Problem Resolution.
