Q: 2. I'm having trouble logging into a password-protected area of the site. What should I do?
A: You may have recently upgraded your profile and changed your asicentral.com user name to your email address. If so, try to uncheck the "Remember My Password" box and delete the old user name and password from those required fields when first logging into asicentral.com. Click "OK" and close that browser window, then re-open a new one and go to asicentral.com where you will be prompted to enter your new user name and password again, this time entering your new information.
If this does not work, the issue might be the browser you are using. The minimum browser version requirements are:
For PC: Internet Explorer 6, FireFox 2.0, or Opera 8.0
For Mac: Safari 2.0, or Opera 8.0

Q: 3. What can I do if I have a complaint about a supplier member?
A: For distributor members only, please click here on asicentral.com to rate a supplier. Distributor members can also rate a supplier by filling out and faxing a supplier-rating form found on asicentral.com, or on their ESP Online program under the supplier detail tab. To submit a complaint in writing: fax at 215-953-3045, or email email@example.com.
Please note: ASI is not a governing body of the promotional products industry and therefore can not mediate any issues between a distributor and supplier.
Q: 4. Where can I get an ASI logo for use on my Web site and printed advertising?
A: The ASI logos can be downloaded by clicking here. Note: You will need to enter your asicentral.com user name and password to access the page.
Q: 5. Where can I find information about The ASI Show?
A: The ASI Show, where distributors and suppliers connect and build their businesses, has its own Web site at www.asishow.com. You can find information for all five of the shows – Orlando, Dallas, Las Vegas, New York and Chicago – and register. A: To subscribe to EmailExpress: Please click here and enter your asicentral.com log-in information. Once logged in, you will see a link on the right to subscribe. Click on the link and fill out the registration form.
To unsubscribe to EmailExpress: If you received an EmailExpress, please locate the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Please click on the link to unsubscribe yourself. You may also email or call in to request that your email be removed off of the EmailExpress program. A: You can retrieve your LogoMall orders by logging in at www.asisecure.com. Once you are logged in click on the Resources section, then click on the plus (+) sign in front of LogoMall and you will be able to view all orders from your LogoMall Web site. Q: 11. How do I create an ESP Center Stage Presentation?

Q: 12. Why can't I install ESP Online onto my Mac?
A: ESP Online will not function on a Macintosh Operating System without purchasing the proper Windows Emulator software. Please contact Product Support for more information or further assistance by calling 800-546-1350, option 2.
