Distributors: Checking Status of Orders


Approximate shipping times of orders are as follows:

Comprehensive Services and ESP
All orders received by 3:00 p.m. eastern time ship the same day (using second-day air service), as long as your credit can be approved.

Catalogs
Orders without imprinting ship within three days of receipt.
Imprinted catalog orders with repeat artwork ship within five days of receipt.
Imprinted orders with new artwork ship within nine days of receipt.
