How do I provide?
Suppliers can contact Jason Cissorsky at 800-546-1350 ext 3698 or jcissorsky@asicentral.com.  You can also go to www.asicentral.com/espstatusrequest to request to be contacted.

What is the cost?
Free.  Sending order status to over 20,000 unique ESP Online users is free, and all distributors who have ESP Online can search for free.

How do I find order status?
Log into ESP Online and go to your Tools menu.  In the Tools menu will show Order Status.  To find an order, enter your Purchase Order # and the Supplier ASI #.

Is ESP Online the only option to obtain order status?
Distributors can pull order status directly into their system through integration, which ASI has already built

How do I see if a vendor is providing?
Go to www.asitransact.com, and select the Order Status Suppliers link in the left table.  This list is updated as each new supplier begins sending.

What if a supplier is not sending?
Distributors can send a letter to their suppliers requesting they send electronic order status, a sample of the letter is here: www.asicentral.com/espstatusletter.  Send this letter to any supplier you wish to have order status from.

What if a supplier is providing, but my order does not show?
As a distributor, contact your customer service representative at your supplier and request them to send to ASI.  Also send the supplier and contact to espstatus@asicentral.com for ASI to follow up.

What kind of status will be sent?
Basic order status is available:  Estimated ship dates, Actual ship dates, Tracking numbers, Order status, and/or Comments.  For more detail information contact your suppliers.
