Looking for a strong & stable finance department where you can put down roots?  Our Financial Analyst position can give you that opportunity. This position is responsible for in-depth analysis & reporting for the Distributor Sales Division of ASI. This includes managing the commission process each month, completing monthly financial analysis for both revenue and expenses & completing management and other ad hoc reporting.   

 

Position Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the Distributor sales commission process, including compiling and analyzing the data, delivering payout sheets to the distributor sales reps, and reconciling when necessary.
  • Preparing and sending payroll reporting throughout the month including commission summary reports, management reports, and other ad hoc reports when necessary.
  • Analyzing and distributing the Distributor Sales Executive Summary and Monthly New Member Report to company management.
  • Providing financial support throughout the compensation planning & budgeting process.
  • Working with sales management to calculate rebates for our top accounts on a monthly basis.

 

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance role
  • Experience with managing, manipulating and reconciling large amounts of data.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to interact and work well with all levels of management
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of Access a plus
